Child Advocates presents Angels of Hope Luncheon & Fashion Presentation by Neiman Marcus

Led by Luncheon Chairs Nadine Boutros and Laura Davenport, the 2018 luncheon will feature a salute to the honoree and a fashion presentation by Neiman Marcus Galleria. Guests will also be able to participate in a raffle of extraordinary packages (winners need not be present to win). The expected crowd of over 600 guests will be there to help raise awareness and dollars for Child Advocates.

Little Black Dress Designer

Established in 2008 at a prestigious art gallery in Houston, Little Black Dress Designer (LBDD) has grown into a state-wide competition platform for fashion students and emerging designers. The 2014 challenge is to submit your version of the iconic LBD to win part of our $30,000 scholarship fund to the school of choice. Financial aid is just the tip of the needle, however. Little Black Dress Designer is so special and relevant today because it threads together the academic and professional worlds of fashion in a unique way.

Professional designers, luxury retailers and the fashion media elite make up our roster of judges who decide the scholarship winners every year. This Spring, enter a designer casting in Houston or Dallas. Go to the Entry tab for competition details. If selected, we will continue the interview process to capture your story in preparation of our events at In Houston and Dallas.
